We are located at 12218 Aiken Rd Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40223, just behind the Middletown Target and Walmart, close to the Middletown water towers, and easy to reach just off the Gene Snyder Freeway.
We offer one-on-one physical therapy, massage therapy, and shockwave therapy (StemWave). All sessions are with a licensed DPT, no aides, no double-booking. We build a plan specific to your goals and activity level.
We are a cash-based clinic, which means we are not contracted with insurance providers. Many clients find this gives them more one-on-one time and a more focused plan. We can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we are HSA/FSA eligible.
